Dili is flanked by a panoramic bay with a foreshore to stroll along and tantalising views of Atauro Island. Dili has good swimming beaches. Due to its multicultural influences Dili has a good variety of eating places and bars. The traditional handcrafts of East Timor are on display at a number of markets.
